Meet Shauna Hill
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Shauna knows what she's talking about
As a registered dietitian nutritionist with 25 years of experience, I help women set attainable nutrition and wellness goals and create practical strategies to achieve them. In my many years of practice, I’ve found that women’s biggest struggles with their health and wellness are:

-
Setting and prioritizing achievable goals
-
Problem solving when they haven’t met their goals
-
Staying motivated to reach their goals long-term
That’s why I created Nourish.Energize.Embrace. It is a supportive, compassionate space where women work with me in small groups or individually to address these challenges.
I help women learn how to increase and maintain their energy levels, improve mood, and get better sleep with food and nutrition. My 1:1 and group online sessions to help them set appropriate nutrition and wellness goals based on their unique circumstances and to come up with strategies for reaching their goals.
These services aren’t just about guidance from me; they are also about the sense of community that comes from sharing experiences with other women on similar journeys.
While I’m a registered dietitian nutritionist, my services are not designed to provide individualized medical nutrition therapy (such as meal plans for diabetes or a low-sodium diet). Instead, the focus is on helping women set realistic goals, build problem-solving skills, and stay motivated.
If you have specific medical nutrition needs, I encourage you to consult dietitian nutritionists in your area or on telehealth: https://www.eatright.org/find-a-nutrition-expert. I’m happy to support you in following through on their recommendations.

She has been running her own wellness business since 2019 to provide practical nutrition and wellness support to women.
In addition to her love for nutrition, Shauna has had a lifelong interest in plants, and in 2017 she went through Master Gardener training through Michigan State University Cooperative Extension to expand her knowledge of horticulture and to share the many ways human lives are enhanced through connection with plants and nature. Shauna’s passion is helping women find practical solutions for making food choices that nourish, energize, and support their lifestyle. She lives in Michigan with her husband, Mike, and their children. She loves cultivating her herb gardens and native plants. She integrates local plants into her family’s diet to add variety and peak freshness as well as supporting the environment and local agriculture.
