  • Social media discussions as a private group

  • Evidence-based content on the following

    • Nutrition: incorporate foods personalized to your needs

    • Fitness: define what fitness means to you and set sustainable goals

    • Mental Clarity: choose foods and eating practices that energize your mind

    • Self-care: explore your personal self-care needs and discover what self-care means to others

 

Because of the individualized nature of this course, it is limited to 12 participants.
